Day before a long day

Saturday before a race / long day

Tomorrow I got a 4M in the park - Central Parks "Race for the Parks". Not sure what the hell that means, but im gonna haul ass.

I am lookin to finish in under 28, but that might be wishful thinking considering last nights, BARELY finishing 3 miles in under 21 and those are track miles not road miles.

That said, I am gonna man up and run home from the park with the BergMan after the race and get my miles up to about 8 for the day.

Then it is Alaskan salmon and potato salad sunday dinner with mel, berg and melissa.

Thats what im talkin about

  1. Huh. Depending on the settings (manual draw or auto route finding), Gmaps Pedometer puts the Sunday run home either a little over 4 or a little over 5 miles. I bet it's someplace in between, since we wrapped up close to 32:00 and were probably cruising below 8.
